Pre-Construction Walk Thru – Customer will meet with the building superintendent at the beginning of construction to discuss any concerns the buyer may have. The building superintendent will explain the building process. |

Stage Five Walk Thru- Mid way through construction the superintendent will meet with the customer and go over important aspects of the home. The customer will be able to inspect their new home before the drywall is installed. |

End of Construction Walk Thru- The home is now complete. The superintendent will meet with the customer to address any issues the customer may have. The superintendent will also explain the features of the new home. |

Final Walk Thru- The Customer Service Manager will meet with the customer and verify that all punch list items from the End of Construction Walk Thru are complete. The Customer Service Manager will also explain the warranty on the new home and answer any questions the customer may have. |

Eleven Month Walk Thru- Benchmark will contact our homeowners after they have lived in their new home for eleven months and schedule a meeting. We will address any concerns the customer may have at this time. We will also review the 2-10 warranty. |
