Dear Benchmark Homes:
First, let me congratulate your staff on a great job Benchmark employees did on the construction of our house. Through Benchmark, contact was made with Richard Decker, their representative. Price ranges and styles of houses were discussed. The most important items we talked about were cost, financing, the type of house we wanted and which lot to put it on. We hoped that our vision and ideas would work.

We cannot say enough good things about the Benchmark staff: the people that helped us to build our dream house meant for our retirement. The team saw to it that we got exactly what we requested, they made it work for us. When we had questions or did not do something correctly Richard in his always friendly and casual way, would take time to correct the situation and answer our questions.

Would we recommend Benchmark?--without any hesitation. They really care about their customers concerns and needs. They are a hardworking team who want to make and do everything to our liking. The old cliche about going the extra mile is absolutely true about the Benchmark team. They go that extra mile and then some.

About January of 09, we signed a contract with Benchmark to build a house for us. We know now that they provided quality and service. We are completely satisfied with the communication that the company employees provided to us; all of our questions and concems were promptly addressed and we were kept informed throughout the construction process. In the end we now live in a beautiful home that God has Blessed us with. We highly recommend Benchmark and would definitely contract with them again should the need arise.
